Chef Motaz Zayed
Chef Motaz Zayed, our Executive Chef, discovered his culinary passion at a young age as well. His love of cooking grew while working at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Sicily, Italy, where he became a perfectionist in Italian and French cuisines. He then went on to work in a two-Michelin-starred restaurant in Nice, France.
Chef Motaz collaborated to create handcrafted exotic plates in Zenith, resulting in an indulging and memorable dining experience. Working together, they were able to recreate well-known dishes with an international flair.
